Over Spring Break in 2019, the UHS Travel Club is traveling to New York City and Washington DC. This trip is only open to UHS students who are either currently enrolled in the AP Art History course or who have already taken the AP Art History course.
Immerse yourself in the creative hub of New York City. In addition to seeing the city’s most popular sites and cultural destinations, step inside world renowned art museums, peruse various art collections and take in Broadway shows. Next, travel to Washington D.C. to witness some of our nation's most prestigious works of art and cultural heritage objects.
The current cost of the tour is $2729.00. There will be a $75 price increase on September 1st, 2018.
The cost of the tour includes round-trip airfare from Tucson, all ground transportation, entrance fees to attractions listed on the itinerary, three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) each day, a full time professional tour director, expert local guides for attractions, and overnight security in the hotel.
How do I Register?
Registration for NYC/DC will open on August 2, 2018. Registration for this trip is open until September 15th, 2018, but may close earlier if the trip fills up. Only student who are currently enrolled in AP Art History or student who have taken AP Art History are eligible for this trip. There will be a NYC trip offered every spring break, so if students have yet to take AP Art History they will be eligible for future trips. To register:

Once these steps are completed, you will be given the link to register. A deposit of $95 is required to reserve your spot, and cannot be paid with tax credits.
